hey guys on my 88GXL i punched it and pop! every time i shift pop! well this was about 4 months ago and come to find out the weld that holds the rear end to the car broke, so i got it fixed....well i down shifted the other day to teach a retarded *** civic that he is a slow piece and it started again. i dont want to drop another 400 to get it dropped and rewelded just for it to do it again. is there any tips or ways to rig it up.....right now its held on with a chain...either i had a really crappy weld job done or the rx7 just isnt cut out for my down shifts.
