The first part is the fuel filler leading to the fuel tank. The second part is the power antenna motor and mast reel.

The motors behind the doors have something to do with tightening the seatbelts using electricity. Something like that. Seatbelt retractors is what I'd call 'em.

i think its the retractor for the "mouse" part of the belt on the a-pillar
