help me identify my ECU please

help me identify my ECU please

so i bought an engine from a company and the ecu they sent me originally did not work, so they just sent me another one, but the numbers have all been scratched off..awesome..
but the numbers i can make off the serial number is: (star) 0 0 2 3 0 7 0
if somebody can identify this as the N374 please let me know

i have no camera :/
there is indeed a little black box that came on it, it does say n374, but i feel like this company is trying to get over on me (they have given me a lot of problems)
should i just plug it in and give it a shot? or could i do serious damage to my car if its not the right one?

N374 is the Japanese series 5 turbo2 ecu. IF you are going to use it on a US harness it can cause problems.
