Help me fit these 18 inch rims

I saw a set of 18s on the for sale section with tires here and need to get the fitment on my fc down. I know I need spacers for both the front and rear, but I also need advice on the front rubber.

Nominal Width, Overall Width, Offset
Front: 8.0”, 8.5”, 40.0mm, 235/40-18
Rear: 9.0”, 9.5”, 45.0mm, 265/35-18

The rims are Mille Miglia, MM11-3, weight low 20's lbs
The tires are P Zero Corsa System tires with about 50% life left.

Can I get the 235/40 tires in there with just spacers? Stock fenders here, RB springs and KYB AGX struts.

I do know that you need spacers and also need to roll your fenders or buy wide body fenders at corksport.com

for the front, youll need at least a 7mm spacer, if not 10, if it will fit under the fender.

for the rear, 15mm should do.

not sure about the spacers but your fenders should not be an issue. i have 18's with 255/35 tires on. back fenders are stock and unrolled with no problems. I do have after market front fenders but i dont think 235s should be a problem.
