help me

im looking into a 86 rx 7 but the kid says when he drives it after awile it starts to over heat so he changed the the water pump and the thermostat and the radator cap and it still dose it but not as bad now somebody says it might be a water jacket seal could this be true.

Well the clutch fan could be malfunctioning but even when I have had that happen it never overheats, just gets warm. Any kind of sweet smell or smoking from the tailpipes? Could be a coolant seal if so.

sweet wut dose that intall i really dont know much about rotery motors i just liked the car and was looking for a winter progect so. but if it was the jacket seals are they hard to change .....

Well, you can do some quick fix type things to try and stop the coolant seal leak but if it's bad then they won't really do much.

They require you to take apart the engine and basically do a rebuild. You can get a crash course in the rotary engine.
