Unhappy help! just installed rebuilt motor, and won't start!

the motor won't start!! the motor is spinning but we can't hear any combustion, seems like it's not sparking, but I took out the spark plugs and cleaned them, and same thing. plus the water pump was leaking....o.0. do you think you might know what's wrong? plus we can smell like gas from the back. I'm trying to figure out why it's not combusting, but it might take a while for me to find out on our own. let me know if you guys can think of anything. thanks!

replace the plugs, don't bother cleaning them.

Tis flooded. Unflood the car, check to make sure your CAS sensor is installed properly, and then try again. If it still doesn't work, get a tow start.

hey sorry it took so long to reply, but I actually got it started! but it sounds really weird, and i'm not sure what's wrong. the water pump is leaking, and there is serious amounts of smoke. what shouold I do? i turned off the motor cuz it was smoking so much and it sounds like both rotors arent running because the sound is completely different. i didnt even try moving it in gear because i didnt want to destroy something. so should I let it run in one place? should I drive it? or should i fix the water pump first?

double check that your spark plug wires are in the right locations, if it still doesn't run right then you may have a pushed in pin in one of the injector clips.

as for smoke, the engine will smoke a bit for about 15 minutes or so.

ok, I checked the plugs they're in the right place and for the pushed in pin, can it be pushed in if I just bought new ones? I just got them yesterday and installed them right before it fired up today. Actually I had a question about the timing. Is there anyway to set it without the timing light? because I took out the CAS and set the dot in the gear with the other dot and put it back which actually let it fire up

it is probably off a little bit but you will need to get it to idle(under 1000RPMs) before you can set the timing properly.
