i dont know if this is a problem or not.....my car does exactly this, i discovered it last night......however my car doesnt go...wont start, but i'd like to know if thats some of the problem.....but i'd say not.
The lower plugs are the leading plugs. You do not have a coil problem, I believe, because both plugs are fired by the same coil! It is the coil in front of the engine compartment with 2 plugs connected to it. If you are getting different spark patterns with 1 wire, chances are the wire is bad or the connection to the coil for this wire has a problem. Swap wires at the coil to verify. Hope this helps.
