Help identifying mounting point on s4 t2 LIM

It would be very much appreciated if someone could tell me what is held in place by this broken m6 bolt normally.

A clamp for a vacuum hard line related to the turbocharger should go there. Probably the twin scroll actuator? It's been a minute.

Thank you. Since I'm upgrading to a s5 turbo I won't need this. You just saved me an evening of trying to remove this guy unnecessarily. Appreciate the help!
