i have a 90 fc w/ auto trans. i converted it to manual trans. and replaced the motor w/ a four port s4 motor. i used the s5 harness. theres no emission hooked up. my problem is i cant full throttle it. it sounds like theres no fuel only on full throttle. partial throttle is ok car starts fine. already replaced tps, crank sensor
fuel pump. have no intake or vacuum leak. i also tried another s5 ecu. maybe som e of you guys have or had the same problem. pls. help! im stuck... thanks

Run the codes...if you can on that frankenstein.

you have to use the S5 front cover and oil metering pump or they will not rev.

 

i was reving the engine to above 7k rpm at idle and at my 4th rev. the motor started shaking like crazy. it feels like the engine isn't balanced. now the whole car shakes on idle, accel. and deccel. i checked the pulleys, mounts, injectors, and flywheel and everything seems to be ok. motor has been converted from a 6 port to a 4 port w/ new rear rotor and housing. it has about 6k mi. on it and always ran good up till now. has anyone ran into this kinda problem before or have any advice??? im hoping its not internal. can anyone help me???

 

I would be thinking about doing a compression check next.
