just turned my car on and when i went to leave, my headlights popped but did not turn on. i waited a while then dropped them and tried again, no luck. i shut the car off and then tried it all again. still no luck. switched out the headlight fuse... still nothing. is there a relay for just the lights? im lost and need help. most of my driving is night driving so please lay some knowledge on me. thanks
