HELP!!! Fuel pump resistor relay problem/question

I have an 88 tII. today i was attempting to wire in my e-fan and attempted to wire it into the blue wire on the fuel pump resistor relay. this didn't seem to work so we reconnected the wire and wired the fan it into the ignition. at first i was getting 12v on blue wire at the resistor now the meter reads 1.5v. I think i may have broke the resistor relay.

Blue wire on the resistor reading 1.5v, battery reads 11.9v.

Is it possible to screw up the fuel pump resistor relay or can it short out

I now get a no start condition. it cranks but get seem to be getting no fuel. I checked the plugs, they are dry as a bone.

Help!!! I cant seem to find one at any local partsd stores. If it broken, does somone here have one I can buy??

Most modern cars have e-fans wired with the power comming directly from the battery and a thermostat controlling the relay.

That way when the car is shut off hot, you get a short cool down run.
