Help with engine removal

Okay before I start, I have searched... many times, in fact evey time I attempted to do a removal I searched and never found what I was looking for. I have finally started to remove my engine for a rebuild and I'm looking for a GOOD S4 TII angine removal walkthrough, preferebly one with pictures. I have the FSM but some of the stuff is hard to find/isn't where it was suppose to be. Now I have the rad, all rad hoses, fan shroud, all the air intake, intercooler, battery/all plastic stuff around that. I have followed the FSM completly except... I'm having a trouble removing the fan and the brake vacuum hose(how do I get to the end that goes to the block?). I can't find the cruise control cable also. I'm new to all this too so if these questions seem stupid just keep that in mind. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

For the fan, try jamming a screwdriver in-between two nuts, while turning another. Or, use 2 10mm wrenches, pushing with one and pulling with the other.

The cruise control cable should be pretty obvious. It attaches to the backside of the throttle body. The main throttle cable goes towards the driver's side...the cruise control cable towards the passenger side.

I can't remember removing the brake vacuum hose, but if you can't access the block end, just remove the other end.
