Hello everyone,

I just finish installing my cat and my ACV and such.
when i start my engine, it dies instantly,

after the 2nd try, i notice my EGI has blown out, i've replaced it and it blew again

what can be wrong?

 

That's a clue. Check if the wires to the two solenoid valves on the ACV didn't get damaged. I've seen that a few times before, and it can cause a short that'll blow the EGI fuse.
