help! this doesn't look right (pictures)

I had just bought this car. I was giving it an oil change, and when I opened the oil cap, the cap was all yellow. Is this necessarily a bad thing?

that sir is when water, oil, and gas mix to make a lovely concoction. also known as Oil foam. Do not worry sir, just empty your crankcase to atmosphere (under your car) or oil catch can (enviro friendly).
