Help: Coolant bypass hose

I have a 87 TII, I can't seem to figure out where this coolant hose connects to (circled in the picture). I have identified it as the coolant bypass hose from the FSM. Any help would be appreciated.

It runs through the BAC valve and then into the thermowax on the throttlebody. Or you can do what I did: run it underneath the throttlebody and bypass the BAC altogether.
