I have a 90 rx7 streetported n/a engine and im having some vacuum troubles

behind the throttlebody is a smal green and white check valve and when i took the upper and lower intake manifold off i didnt really mark which way it went so i need help finding the right way to put it...it has an arrow on the side\

also my check enigine light doesnt even come on so i can check to see if theres any codes...any help is greatly appreciated.

 

that check valve is probably for the double throttle. point it towards the manifold so that only vacuum can flow through it.
