help car won't start
this is for my friends 7 its an 87 s4 na car won't start
when key is turned on the tach goes to 2grand (no engine start) and the warning buzzer comes on he says batt test good on voltage. any ideas thanks

the loud buzzer comes on engine won't crank he told me now that he heard it click once so i'm thinking its either starter solenoid or cable the tach coming on seemed weird
