HELP! car wont start

HELP! car wont start

basically i just finished a N/A swap into my car today....now i just filled it with oil and coolant....and wanted to see if it would start...it wont turn over, and makes a click noise when i try and turn it over, my volts are also draining to 0 when i hold the key over....ive tried 2 differnet starters and it still wont turn over, i depretely need help....PLEASE HELP!

actually thats fine....we found the problem...one of my tension bolts came loose and is blockin my flywheel from moving when i try and turn it over....so my friend says the problem is....now i have to take my tranny off.
