Angry HELP! Car wont start

Ok so this is the first REAL problem ive had with my FC so far.
I got up this moring went to start my car and, it would not start. The engine turns over, sounds like its going to catch but it just doesent make it. I dont know just need some basic procedures to follow guys
PLEASE HELP ME OUT?
Other than today the car was not run at all yesterday, but everyday previous to that. Never had this problem before, The only thing i can think of is i did start using 89 insted of 93 octane but i dont think that really matters.

I'm new to the Roto world, I have an 86' 13be. Just a couple of weeks old to me. Today during lunch my Rx7 did something similar to that. I found an posting a couple of weeks ago inreference to this and it work for me today!!!! Thank GOD! But what you are suppose to do is this. Underneath the drivers side, Pull the fuse out that is mark engine. It should be a 15amp or at least that what it is in mine. Hold down the accelorator and crank the engine for 15 seconds. I did this twice though. Then place the fuse back in and try cranking it up....It should fire up after about two tries. There will be smoke from the rear of course because you flushed most of the gas out that was pumped into the engine. From what the posting said the RX7's have a tendency to flood from quick starts and stops.....ie like if you move the car from one side of the street to the next. When you kill the motor from a quick start and stop the the computer tell the fuel pump to keep pumping. But this only occurs on the next start up therefor flooding the enigine. So when you pull the fuse it it kills the power to the pump and WAAA LAAAA.....

Blvd43 or should I change it to Blvd 7
