HELP! cant start engine

well i recently dropped off my rebuilt N/A 88 13B to swap it with my current blown one. And when i went to pick it up they had problems getting it started

i was there helping, but all it did was turnover and fire once in a while.

It kept on flooding, we pulled the plugs numerous times and it was soaked in gas, when we tried to deflood it fuel was coming out the exhuast and housings.

i called a rotary shop and they said it had to do with the dizzy, how it was not lined up properly.

we lined up the dizzy gear with the dimble and tired starting it trying out both marks on the e-shaft pulley but no luck, kept on flooding. It wants to fire but its just flooding way too much.

and suggestions thanks!

adjust the idle by turning the little screw on top of your TB (covered with black rubber cap) to your desired idle.
