I have a 87 turbo rx7. my head lights will come on and turn off but they will not go down anymore, wondering if there is a fuse or a relay or something.

Also my heater doenst work at all. You can turn the heat on and it will light up but it wont blow cold air or hot air or anything. both worked when i got the car. I ripped out some of the interior in the rear. now it doenst work

any suggestions?
