Help with BOV's

Hey, so I'm doing a turbo swap + in the midst of getting a front mount as well. I've been looking at synapse synchronic BOV's.

Long story short, are these good? Would I need anything else, like the anti-stall valve?

I really don't know a whole lot, so thanks in advance.

I have always used the name brand BOV's like the Greddy,HKS etc. Make sure you get the BOV's not the BYPASSVALVES.

Hks is bad ***, as well as the apexi twin chamber bov. Why? Because there both duel piston bov's. But if your going fmic, are you running a program so you can eliminate the maf? If not, have it recirculate.

He can dump it to atmosphere if he wants, it sounds better anyway. Less plumbing too.

I have one at my shop right now going on a rb26 swapped 240. The quality seems good but the are very bulky and heavy. stay away from hks, turbo xs RFL, apexi twin, and knock offs. if you are still using the stock you will need to recirc it so greddy isnt a bad choice, they leak after 15 or so lbs most of the time. If you didnt need recirc it then go with TIAL=Best choice.... never leak, light, sound cool and move alot of air.h

for the cheapie people, just get a DSM blow off valve and crush it so it does not leak.

I'm all about my Blitz BOV. It delivers a nice deep WOOSHing sound. I hate the valves that make a shrill chirp, or the 3 Stooges "Woop Woop Woop" fluttering noise. They also offer a high boost spring for over 18psi.

I really don't care what it sounds like. I'm more of a function over form person.

Can someone inform me about recirculating vs dumping to atmosphere?
