please help. there is this really annoying scratching noise coming from underneath the passenger side of the dash. the noise only occurs when i have the vent, A/C, or heater on. even when i have it only coming out of the top it still scratches. it sounds like rubbing plastic or something but iv tryed messing with stuff down there and it didnt help. this problem just recently started and now its getting cold so i need the heater on for those long race nights. please help, thanks in advance.

 

Got something in the blower fan??

 

ya see if there is somthing actually in the duct work by the blower fan or it could even be the fan itself rubbing against its plastic sides

 

blower fan is dragging something or the fan has loosened and is dragging on the housing. thats my 2 cents. my sa's wore a groove and then fused itself together.

 

theres a clicky noise coming from under my gauge cluster, what could that be? anyone??

 

Plastic bits that hold the little grills in broke off an fell down inside. Tumble around in the air vent like popcorn wanting to get out. Just a guess.......
