Help adjusting TPS

Finally need to learn how to do this stuff by myself. Have had help before but I want to learn this completely. I vaugely remember how to and just want to make sure I'm doing this correctly.

I'm trying to adjust my TPS on my TII(FSM calls it Throttle sensor?) with the LED method. After searching I decided to make my own led tool. I plugged the led tool into the TPS but nothing. This is the same place I used my multimeter(1 V). The FSM shows a pic of a plug next to the airbox (N/A location?). First pic shows LED tool plugged in. Does that look correct?

In the second pic I read I need to do this(coupler whatever its called)? Thought I used that for setting Idle or something else. What connector does it go into Green 2prong or 6prong?

3rd pic is what my airbox area looks like. I can't find a plug for TPS (I don't think it's there) There is a sensor I can test there with the LED tool (alltitude sensor?)

4th pic is my LED Tool. Red wire is connected to 2 prongs off led's. The black wires are connected to their own prong each. looks right?

5th pic Which setting should I use to test with a mulitimeter?

The LED test outfit gets attached to the three socket green connector on the left side of the engine if the car is a turboII

set the Multimeter to DCV - 20 (thats 20v DC). Instead of using the LED back probe 2 of the 3 terminals on the TPS sensor while its plugged in, adjust the screw until the MM reads 1 (1 volt). I believe you an also unplug the tp sensor and check the OHM rating and set it to 1000.
