i still somewhat think you aren't using the thermowax properly(adjusting the wrong screw?), or it's possible your secondary shaft is sticky.

Take a look at your first set of double throttle plates. Make sure that they are fully closed. If so adjust the idle on your primary throttle plate until your RPMs are around 850. Then adjust your TPS as per the manual

Finally solved the issue, it wasnt the thermowax thats working probably.
The problem were the secondary butterflies not closing enough because there were some old nuts sticking on top of stopping screw (very hard to see), now they are closing like they should. The car is idleling fine now, so thank you guys

Nuts stuff I removed
