Help!! 87 TII lost some power and sputters on acceleration and bucks while cruising.

Ive set my TPS, changed my fuel filter, cleaned my k&N and replaced the spark plugs. I checked the coils and they are in spec. I wasn't sure how to check my AFM, so I just took the one off my parts car and used it. Not really any difference. How do I check my AFM? The repair manual I have says it can only be checked by qualified technicians. I did notice that once I set the TPS at idle that it did not come out right for the WOT setting. Im getting around 7.95 K or so. Am I correct in my understanding that WOT setting for the TPS of 5+ 1K OHM being 6K OHM? Also, if I gently tap the TPS after I set it,the reading changes. Is something wrong with it?
The car kinda sputters as I rev the engine instead of it revving smoothly. This makes it hard to accelerate efficiently, my gas mileage has gone down the *******, as if it had good mileage before. The car also bucks while im in any gear going a constant speed. Thats really aggravating. If anyone has any ideas on what the problem could be, id appreciate it. Thanks yall.
Jeremy

1) Have you ever had your injectors cleaned and flow tested. Clogged injectors can play hell with engine operation.
2) The FSM also gives some voltage settings for a properly functioning O2 sensor. Check that out.
3) Have you ever replaced the fuel filter? Clogged filter doesn't hel either

I got similar symptoms when my 12v wire for the coils slightly shorted through a SS braiden oil hose.. hehe bad wiring..
OT, but it ended with a hole in the hose and a MAJOR oil leak within seconds..
