i need some help i just put my engine back together and i bolted it together and i was trying to spin it, it just turns about 1/4 of a turn in either direction and it just stops. did i do something wrong if anyone might know what it could be reply in here or pm thanks

 

could it be that i tightned the engine to much

 

Did you fallow torque specs for everything?

If you fallowed specs for everything it should be alright, however ive never built a rotary and i am not sure if its acceptable to not turn.
