ok i got in my car tonight ang my dash lights and running lights didnt work so i checked the fuse and it was blown so iu tryed to replace and it instantly blew the new one when i tryed to turn the headlights on


oh and it started to rain today

what could it be

where could the water have shorted my lights out at?
this is very urgent because i use this car to go to college at night
