No, the clock is not supposed to be on with the key out.

-to derangedhermit- well your lucky...mine shorts in and out with bumpy roads...broke the plastic surround to the cluster up there beating it >.<

Agreed. My clock has never worked and half of my idiot lights don't work and light up when they shouldn't. My new problem is the e-brake light staying on when I put it down. Sometimes it doesn't even go on. Sometimes it stays on. I'm thinking of just unplugging the idiot lights.
