well

on my 86, my E-brake light is always on, and sometimes it will go a little dimmer and the charge and brake light will be on, what does that mean?? sometimes their not on at all, but the brake light is on most of the time. whats up with that?? just a messed up idiot cluster??

 

my brake light is always on before , and I found out my brake fluid level is low.after I add some brake fluid , the light is off

 

It also could be a bad switch by your e-brake itself.
