Cool Help!?!?!

Hey everyone,
Im new to the whole rotory thing so bear with me.
I just got a 89 Rx7 n/a. Ive been talking to alota people and trying to get ideas and prices on everything id need. Its got just a regular 13b in it and i wana put an upgraded turbo kit on it but am not sure if it will be too much of a hassle. If you put a turbo on a n/a motor what all would you have to change? Computer, AFM, ect...? And would it be worth it. Also someone told me that they've seen turbo kits that put out about 25 psi of boost. He said if you could find a way to deliver enough fuel to match that much boost you could easily put out 750hp. What modifications would you have to make to be able to put out enough fuel for something like that. The motor doesnt run right now and im going to have it rebuilt and street ported. Ive heard mixed emotions about replacing the apex seals with 2 mm ceramic or 3 mm seals. Which is better. I guess from what iv heard the 2 mm are just as strong as the 3 mm and you dont have to mill the housing or something. But say i wanted to make like anywhere from 450-600 hp with a turbo kit, what all would i need to do to the motor and would it even be worth it being as its not a t2 to start with. And what kinda number figures $ am i lookin at to achieve what i want. Any help or info would be greatly appriciated!!
thanks
-Matt

General consensus seems to be that converting an NA motor to turbo is a major hassle. If you're new to rotary ownership I'd urge to drop the idea since you're most likely out of your league on this one. Keep your NA the way she is and go find yourself a TII to build up.
