just replaced the fuel injector o rings adn hooked everything back up and double checked all connections but when I start the car it goes to 3000rpm for 5 seconds then it dies even with the fuel pump jumped

The car was running fine before I had to fix it but it sat a couple of weeks before being fixed. I first left off a couple of vacuum line but hooked them up but it still does the same thing.

HELP

the only different thing is that I did unhook the vacuum line for the first set of double throttle plates.
