help

hi, im new here and i have a question

i have a 1987 non-turbo rx7...it starts for about 2-4 seconds then dies off...what could be the problem??

*Possibly* a bad micro sw in the air fuel meter. You can bypass that micro switch by jumpering the yellow, two prong plug, located a bit in front of the right hand strut tower. Jumper it and see what happens.
