Help!

My 1988 RX7 IS RUNNING TO RICH
someone suggested that I have my injectors cleaned, but mazda said my injectors were fine....they also said I should adjust the idle mixture...what that?
and what is a ACV?

I donno specifcly about the idle mixtures, but the ACV is the air control valve, its on the passenter side of the engine, and is directly behind the air pump, it sends air in diffirent dirrections to help control different things in a simple sence
