well im recently having a real hard time with my gearbox, the gears seem to have turned hard and is really a pain in the *** to shift especially between 1st and 2nd gear. everytime i acelerate and try to shift to 2nd the gear it just doesnt quite get in and i have to let go of the acelerator and pass it slowly and apply a real bitching pull to get it in place,, is there anything i should be looking or consider to fix this problem, im just stuck in zero...

 

Check the shifter bushings, the turret lube (where the shifter inserts into the tranny) and check the tranny lube. Try changing the tranny lube to synthetic like Royal Purple, Redline, or NEO.

 

could be your throwout bearing or the fork
