heavy vibration from 5000 to 6000 rpm solved!

Just in case someone else is running into this problem, my car was vibrating harshly at the said rpms in with the clutch engaged or disengaged. The problem turned out to be that the cooling fan bolts had come loose. Tighten them up and all is well.

Just thought I would put this out there.

That'd do it. I've had a water pump with a bad bearing that would cause the same vibrations. It was a brand new one too.

^ ROFL iv seen it too, i was watching some drags at Pacific international Raceway in WA and this truck had one of those metal fans come loose and blew through the aluminum hood. im surprised it didn't kill anyone. but it flew FAR.
