Heater Problem
I did a search to no avail.
These are my smptoms:
I can switch to all options....feet to defroster, etc.
I can switch from hot to cold
The fan sounds like it runs strong. Hard to talk over it when on full.
My problem is that it is blowing very light. Whatever option I put it on. IT blows hot air in every position but very litely. It SUCKS cause it's fricken cold right now. Any help would be appreciated.
Doing the logicon doesn't sound like it would help me cause everything works. Sounds like something is clogged up
Thanks

It could be that the vent door isn't closing. Does the air flow increase when you press the Recirculate button?
I wouldn't think that you have a restriction in the system, but you could remove the blower motor and see if there is anything clogging it. Mine had a couple of leaves in the impeller, but nothing major. BTW, the blower motor is easy to work on. Most of the other components are a PITA.

The recirculation button doesn't increase the amount of air passing through. How do i get to the blower motor?
From these symptoms, could it be the logicon. I have 2 extra's lying around or would it be a waste of my time?

Yes, it may be that the recirculation button isn't working on the logicon. However, it's hard to tell without seeing it myself.
The blower motor is under the passenger side of the dashboard.
The service manual will show you the trouble-shooting procedure. The heater is in the Body Electrical chapter.
