Heater Not Working
Hey all, I have an 86 GXL that the heat isn't currently working in. Sometimes it will turn on and work fine, and it has worked fine up until recently. When it doesn't work, I turn the fan speed on and all that happens is I hear what I think is a relay clicking under the passenger side dashboard. Its really cold here now and I have to ride around with the windows open to keep the windows from fogging. Any ideas on how this can be fixed? Thanx in advance to anyone who can help.

Sounds like the logicon. Did you ask this question a few days ago? RX7.com sells the replacement. Also; have you ever used a stop leak additive in your radiator? The blower unit is down by the passenger footwell. That just blows air. If you want cool air it goes through the condenser, if you want hot air it goes through the heater core. Just in case you were wondering. I guess the logicon because I have never heard of a second gen with a broken heater core or blower unit. I mention stop leak because it could clog up the heater core.
