heater core

easy question just wonder if there is a manual way to turn off the heater core? this heat is killing me and i dont need the vents blowin hot air also!! thanx!!

Bypass the heater core by taking the 2 coolant lines running into the firewall and connecting them together.

if i bypass the 2 coolant lines, will it be a pain or not to do this?
