Heat light

Hey there

have a lil issue with my FC

wel on the dash where the clock is at ther this light keep comming up when i gun the car its the "Heat light " , i think that its the light for the cat but the strange thing is that i dont have a cat in my car its a stright through exhaust

just wanted to know why its keep comming on when i gun the car

you should check the wiring for the high temp exhaust sensor, and check to see your afr's..... an overly rich or lean condition can make the exhaust very hot and cause the sensor to go off... although i've never heard of any that actually worked so maybe you're one of the few.

dont park in the grass, especially dry/dead grass, you wouldnt want to lose your car

Why wouldn't they work? It's a big leap of logic to go from from "I've never seen a HEAT light come on" to "No FC's have HEAT lights that work". I imagine most work fine, but the conditions that bring them on are rare.
