Headlights won't work! Help!

I replaced the headlight switch, the running lights and gauges will light up, but the headlights won't pop up and turn on. Even if I try to use the button above the headlight switch they won't pop up. Help?

Have you replaced your head light motors? Those could be dead.

Do you have all the harness clips attached correctly in the cluster area?

The Retractor fuse is blown. It's on the fuse box in the engine bay.

Will the headlights come on with the flash to pass? (Pulling the dimmer switch toward you).
