Headlights won't retract or turn on

Hello I'm a fairly new to rotary & rx7s & I never owned a pop up headlights pls help lol
So one day I was on my way to go with my friends, it was around 7pm it was dark enough to have to use your headlight. So when I turned them on nothing happened, my rear tailights, cluster, signals everything else worked fine except my headlights I checked my under hood retractor fuse & It isn't blown also my illumination fuse isn't blown either So could it be like a relay has grounded or something? Pls help thank you

Try grounding the White/Blue wire of the headlight relay and see if that gets the headlights to turn on. If so, then your problem is likely the headlight switch. To get the lights to pop up both the retractor fuse and head fuse need to be good so check each as opposed to just one (found in the engine fuse box). And state the year of the car too.
