headlights pop up but dont turn on

looked in the fuse box and theres not a headlight fuse, my problem is that the lights pop up and all the other lights come on but my headlights dont, is there something i can check like a relay or something? i doubt both my headlights went out at the same time, but still going to take a voltmeter to the end of the plug, theres 3 wires how many of them should get power? and which ones? and which should be ground

thanx for any info

There is supposed to be a 30amp? fuse for the HEAD location in the engine bay fuse box. I believe the RETRACT fuse is also 30amp. Try taking the retracting fuse and put it in the HEAD fuse slot and see if it works. I think you are just missing a fuse.
