headlights dont work normally but do with brights on? wtf
i just went out and started my car but when i went to turn on my lights they dont turn on, 
but they arent burnt out because they work when i turn the brights on, so whats the deal? can anyone help me so i can drive at night

Headlights have two filiments. One for high beam and one for low beam.
The low beam filiments might be burnt out.
Easy to figure out. Get a paper clip or piece of wire with both ends bare.
Pull the electrical plug off the dimmer relay.
Turn the headlights on. With your paper clip or piece of wire, jumper b/t the Red/Green wire and the Red/Black wire. The low beams should have come on.
Then jumper b/t the Red/Green and the Red/White wire. High beams should come on.
If the low beams did not come on in the test above, the filiments are burnt out in the bulbs.
The low beam filiments might be burnt out.
