Headlights do not turn on with parking lights.
I realized my headlights are not turning on when the parking lights are turned on. As in the lenses below the headlights, nothing is turning on with the parking lights. But the headlights do work when they are flipped open, what should I be looking at to fix this issue? Previous owner said they worked when he had the car before I replaced the engine.

Previous owner must smoke a lot of funny stuff.
Known as Flash to Pass Lenses, they are just clear lenses, unless you have the JDM lenses.they have a Bulb.
The way they work is before you go to pass you "flick your Hi beam switch" to notify the guy ahead of you that you are passing them. The headlight beam shines through the lens, momentarily( as long as you have your finger on the switch.
Something like flicking the lights when some Asshat is driving at you with the Brights on.
