Headlight switch relay mod and still a dead headlight switch?

I use a fluorescent drop light at work and I love it.

I have baconed my fingers too many times on the old school ones.

Trick: Use new style fluorescent bulb in it and not the old style bulbs. I can touch it all day long.

It does take a few seconds to warm up and get bright, but that's the only drawback.
