Headlight switch fix?

I've had the problem of dimming dashlights and most recently no dash or parking lights at all. I removed the headlight switch and examined the connectors and they weren' t burnt or corroded at all. I discoverd that when I squeeze the switch together( >swich|cluster|back< )
everything works perfectly. My problem is I cant figure out how to keep the connection tight, I would adjust the contacts, but I can't figure out how to get at them.

you'll need to repalce the switch. If the contacts are loose then the plastic is too melted internally.

Get a ziptie and pull it really tight until it works like normal. If this doesn't work then you need a new switch.
