Headlight Stays Down? :\

My passenger side headlight stays down after installing a new bumper cover. Reasons: I messed with the little **** under the the car beneath the headlights. Anyway to fix this? The motor is good, it started last night after the bumper install :\

Little **** wouldn't make it stay down. You did something else. You can play with that **** all you want and it won't stop the headlights from working. Its there so that if your headlight motors STOP working, you can flip it up and still drive it.

Check wires/fuses?

The **** just turns the motor. So.... doesn't do anything but move it up and down if the motor dies. Its possible the motor has a dead spot in it...play with the **** some more.. see if you can get it working... Other than that, the motor is probably dead.

What it sounds like to me is that the motor is stuck running. Can you hear the motor running normally?
