hey has anyone come across a sleek/low profile headlight kit that still utilizes the pop-up feature? please post the site or assist me in locating one.

One of the MIATA aftermarket companies makes one that can be easily adapted. Ummmm... crap... I don't remember who. Sorry!

As some of you might remember, I was trying to develop a low profile headlight kit for the 86-91 RX-7’s but after receiving several disappointing prototypes from my metal fabricator, I have decided to give up on the idea for now rather than risk selling a low quality product.

With my own car, I originally started out using a Miata Brainstorm low profile headlight kit, but the Brainstorm kit was very difficult to adapt to the RX-7 and I wouldn’t recommend duplicating what I’ve done. If you really have your hart set on a low profile kit you might want to bite the bullet and get the $800 RE Japanese kit. Or PM me I might be willing to sell you my prototypes that are on my car because I now want to get the East Bear Kit.
