headlight issues

when i plug up my headlight relay the lights come on but they buzz like crazy. i change the light switch and it fried. i put the old one back in and it didnt burn. i turn on the retracter and the lights move up and down, i turn on the lights and all the drive lights come on, but no head lights , untill i connect the relay then they come on , but the relay starts buzzin. where do think the problem is. i changed the relay 3 times, and it buzzes every time. i changed the light switch also and its doing the same thing, any help would b appreicated, thanks.

have you checked to make sure there is nothing binding the lights even a little bit? Does it buzz when lights are up or not on and off?

if i just plug it up the lights come on , no matter if if the lights are up or down

when did this start happening??? What did you change???

Sounds like the wire from the headlight switch is grounded, but you will need to troubleshoot it. Hailers has posted the wiring diagram for the headlight switch a dozen times as well as the links for the FSM.
